This website does not use advertising cookies, social media trackers or cross-site profiling. It does use the analytics built into our hosting platform to count visits and see which pages are read. We don't use that data to identify you or to follow you across other websites.

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Related technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage, which store data in your browser without sending it to other sites.

• Analytics. A session-id cookie that expires after 30 minutes, together with your browser's local and session storage, lets our hosting platform's analytics count each visit once. It records the page you view, the site that referred you, your device and browser type and your approximate country. We only look at aggregated reports.
• Page events. Our hosting platform also records technical events such as page loads and errors, so we can keep the site working.
• Hosting and security. Our hosting and delivery providers set essential cookies, such as Cloudflare's __cf_bm bot-protection cookie (about 30 minutes) and a short-lived cookie from our hosting platform, to serve the site securely. These can't be switched off from this site.

No advertising networks. No social media trackers. No fingerprinting. No sale or sharing of browsing data.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the analytics cookie won't stop the site from working; it only means a visit may be counted more than once.
