This website is operated by Blynk Virtual Technologies Private Limited ("BlynkEx", "we", "us"), a software engineering company with its registered office at 1st Floor, Balwant Arcade, Opp. Hotel GK Palace, MP Nagar Zone-2, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462011, India (CIN U62099MP2025PTC074915). This policy applies to this website only. Software platforms that BlynkEx builds or operates for clients are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We keep this policy accurate to what the site actually does — nothing here is copied boilerplate.

• Job applications. When you apply through the careers form, we collect the details you enter: full name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, the position you are applying for, experience, key skills, expected CTC, notice period, and a cover letter — along with the resume file you upload.
• Project enquiries. When you use the contact form we collect your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, your project details and your timeline.
• Website analytics. Pages viewed, the referring site, device and browser type and approximate country, collected through our hosting platform's analytics. See the Cookie Policy.
• Direct correspondence. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
• Technical logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and availability monitoring. We do not use this data to profile visitors.

For job applications and enquiries, we also store a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to block repeated automated submissions.

This website has no user accounts, no payments, and no advertising identifiers.

• To review, evaluate, and respond to job applications — this is the sole purpose for application data.
• To reply to enquiries you send us, by form or by email.
• To keep the website secure and operational.
• To understand which pages are useful, from aggregated analytics.

We process application data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 9).

We use enquiry details only to reply to you and follow up on that conversation. You give them to us for that purpose, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Application details, enquiries and resume files are stored in our backend database and a private storage bucket, run by our website platform's cloud infrastructure provider. When an application arrives, an email notification is generated for our hiring team through our transactional email provider; any resume link in that email is time-limited and expires within 7 days. Access is restricted to BlynkEx team members involved in hiring. Notification emails to our team are sent through Mailgun.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not run advertising trackers, third-party ad networks, or cross-site profiling scripts anywhere on this site.

Applications, including resume files, are deleted automatically 12 months after they are submitted. Enquiries are deleted automatically 12 months after we receive them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner. Technical logs follow our infrastructure providers' standard rotation.

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Resume storage is private — files are never publicly listable and are only reachable through short-lived signed links. Internal access follows least-privilege.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw the consent you gave. Write to contact@blynkex.com with the subject "Data request" and we will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within timelines required by law. You can also nominate someone to use these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to act. If you believe we have not resolved your grievance, you have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India.

This website and our roles are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We don't send automated emails to applicants or to people who send enquiries. If we reply to you by email and you'd like us to stop, tell us and we will.

If our data practices change, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
